six6x Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the six6x platform — whether through our website at six6x.click or any associated mobile interface — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the player and six6x as the platform operator.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not register an account or use the six6x platform. Continued use of six6x after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. We will notify you of material changes through the email address registered on your account or through an in-platform notification.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and six6x.

To open a six6x account you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. six6x operates a strict minimum age policy and will verify age during the account verification process. Any account discovered to belong to an individual under 18 will be closed immediately.
• You must be registering and using six6x of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes, and not on behalf of any other person or business entity.
• You must not currently be registered as a self-excluded player at six6x or have an active self-exclusion in place through any responsible gaming scheme that covers our platform.
• You must provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false information — including false date of birth, false name, or false payment details — is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of six6x or any of its associated software or payment providers.

Registration at six6x is free. You will be asked to provide your full name, mobile number, date of birth, and a password. You will need to verify your mobile number via a one-time code. six6x reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any stage — this is standard KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure and is in place to protect you as a player.

Each individual may hold only one six6x account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared IP addresses — is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these terms. six6x uses technical and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are found, accounts may be merged or closed and any bonus funds forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your six6x account. This includes:

• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing it with any other person.
• Not allowing any other person to access or use your account — bets placed by another person on your account are your responsibility.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings — we strongly recommend all players do this.
• Notifying six6x support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

six6x will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone call. Any communication claiming to be from six6x that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting six6x support. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after deducting any outstanding bonus wagering requirements. Closing an account does not affect any legal obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

All transactions at six6x are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported:

Deposits: The minimum deposit at six6x is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your account instantly following successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. six6x does not charge any fee on deposits. Any fees imposed by your payment provider are outside our control.

Withdrawals: You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that was previously used to deposit to your account. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. six6x targets an average withdrawal processing time of 8 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash. IBFT withdrawals may take longer subject to interbank processing schedules.

Verification requirement: six6x reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of mobile wallet ownership, or bank account confirmation. This is standard procedure and is in place to protect you from fraud. Verified accounts experience faster withdrawal processing.

six6x does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits found to originate from a third party will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

six6x offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms stated at the point of offer, in addition to these general terms. Where specific bonus terms conflict with these general terms, the specific bonus terms take precedence for that offer.

General rules that apply to all six6x bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the amount you must bet before bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly at the point of offer. Failure to meet wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal will result in bonus funds being forfeited.
• Bets placed on certain game types — including but not limited to low-margin bets, arbitrage combinations, or specific live casino bet types — may not count towards wagering requirements. The eligible game list is stated in individual offer terms.
• six6x reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or cancel a bonus already credited if there is evidence that it has been claimed through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts.
• Bonuses must be used within the timeframe stated in the offer. Unused bonuses expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• six6x reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

Players who abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using mathematical systems to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms — will have their bonuses cancelled and may have their accounts permanently suspended from six6x.

All bets placed on six6x are subject to the following general rules:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is not accepted until you receive a confirmation notification from six6x. Bets that do not receive confirmation — due to technical issues, connection failures, or insufficient funds — are void.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by market and game type. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. six6x reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• Odds changes: Live odds may change between the time you select a bet and the time you confirm it. If odds change during the bet placement process, six6x will notify you of the new price. You may accept the new price or cancel the bet.
• Abandoned matches: For cricket and football markets, if a match is abandoned or cancelled before the required minimum playing time has elapsed, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for each sport are stated in the sports rules section of six6x.
• Obvious errors: In the event of an obvious pricing error — for example, a cricket team listed at 1000/1 when the correct price is 1/1 due to a data feed error — six6x reserves the right to void bets placed at the incorrect price. We will contact affected players promptly in such cases.
• Final results: All sporting results are settled according to official sources. For cricket, the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board takes precedence. For casino games, the outcome determined by the certified random number generator is final.

six6x operates a sportsbook, live casino, slots, crash games, and other gaming products. Each product category has its own detailed rules available within the six6x platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before wagering real money.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the six6x platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and money laundering: Using six6x to launder money, process funds of criminal origin, or commit any form of financial fraud.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one six6x account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the six6x platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Arbitrage abuse: Systematically exploiting differences between six6x odds and other platforms in a manner that constitutes abuse of the six6x platform, particularly in combination with bonus funds.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players at six6x live tables or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider after they have been applied to your six6x account. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account closure and the matter will be referred for recovery.
• Impersonation: Registering under a false identity, using another person's identity documents, or impersonating any person or entity in connection with your six6x account.
• Underage gambling: Accessing or using six6x while under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor to a six6x account.

six6x employs a combination of automated systems and human review to detect prohibited activities. Players suspected of engaging in prohibited activities may have their accounts temporarily frozen pending investigation. During this period, withdrawal requests will be held until the investigation is complete.

six6x is committed to protecting the personal data of all registered players. A full description of how we collect, use, store, and protect your data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

In summary, six6x will use your personal data to:

• Operate and manage your account, process deposits and withdrawals, and communicate important account information.
• Verify your identity and comply with applicable KYC and anti-money-laundering requirements.
• Personalise your experience on six6x and provide relevant offers (subject to your communication preferences).
• Detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, and other prohibited activities.
• Comply with any legal or regulatory obligations that apply to six6x.

six6x does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party marketers. Data is shared only with third parties strictly necessary for platform operation — including payment processors and identity verification providers — under appropriate data protection agreements. All data transmitted to and from six6x is encrypted using 256-bit SSL.

six6x takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial or personal harm. The following tools are available to all six6x players through the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; decreases take effect immediately.
• Session time notifications: Set alerts to notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choice — 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from six6x. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

six6x reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — we will notify registered players by email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the six6x platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should close your account before the changes take effect. Outstanding balances will be returned to your registered payment method.

six6x also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, market, or section of the platform at any time with or without notice. We will use reasonable efforts to notify players of significant changes to available products with reasonable advance notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, six6x's total liability to any player arising out of or related to the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

six6x shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage resulting from your inability to access the six6x platform due to planned or unplanned maintenance, network failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any loss of profits, loss of business, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of six6x, even if we were advised of the possibility of such losses.
• The accuracy of live scores, statistics, or data feeds displayed on the six6x platform — these are provided for information and entertainment only. Bets are settled on official results from the relevant governing body, not on data displayed on screen.
• Any technical failure on the part of a third-party payment provider that results in a delayed or failed deposit or withdrawal, where six6x has fulfilled its obligations on its side of the transaction.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits six6x's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. six6x operates a transparent dispute resolution process for player complaints.

How to raise a dispute: If you have a complaint about any aspect of your six6x experience — a bet settlement, a withdrawal delay, a bonus not credited, or anything else — you should first contact our customer support team directly. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate your complaint by emailing support@six6x.click with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and a full description of the issue.

six6x will not engage with complaints raised through third-party forums, social media, or public channels before the internal complaint process has been exhausted. Abusive or threatening communications directed at six6x staff will not be responded to and may result in account restrictions.
